A collaboration between two experts in their craft, ORIZUMÉ is a luxury sushi take-out experience that you can enjoy from anywhere, at home or at the beach.
Takuya, who has over a decade of experience appraising and auctioning high-end fish in Tsukiji Market, carefully prepares the best seasonal fish from Japan each week. Chef Hiro then puts his culinary expertise to work: his principle is to make the most out of every seasonal ingredient and to strive for perfection. Highlighting his technical excellence are the steps behind each piece of fish: from techniques like 'konbujime' to 'jukusei,' there is a great amount of knowledge and experience that goes into every box of ORIZUMÉ sushi. These details are hard to see with the eye, but they make a world of difference when you taste the sushi in your mouth.
What makes our sushi so good?
Aside from the high quality Japanese fish that go into each piece of sushi, the other ingredients are just as important. Sushi rice, wasabi, and soy sauce play a key role: a master sushi chef cannot create a brilliant sushi experience without thinking about the balance between every component.
Because some days may become fully booked, we recommend ordering in advance. (We make a limited number of boxes on each day to ensure the highest quality.)
